Explore the waterfront when crossing the Bob Kerrey Bridge. This footbridge connects Council Bluffs Iowa to Omaha’s downtown waterfront and provides many photo opportunities for visitors and locals. There is a plaque that highlights where the state lines meet on the bridge so you can stand in two states at once. Night walks on the bridge are highly recommended because of the lights and scenery; it’s a relaxing way to start and end your day.
